About My Online Yoga Classes
My classes are trauma-informed and designed to gently build strength, promote strong bones, balance, and good alignment, all while challenging the brain to support overall health. Care is taken to address any needs expressed by my students and to offer them options and variations. For each class I select from a large range of poses, breath practices, mudra, and meditations to build a unique practice.
Monday Yoga, 11:00am - 12:00pm, Central Time (Chicago)
This is a 60 minute community drop-in class on Zoom. We usually start in a chair, progress to standing, with the option of svasana (resting) on the floor or chair. $10
Recordings may be purchased if you miss class.
Wednesday Yoga, 9:00am - 10:15am, Central Time (Chicago)
This 75 minute Zoom class may start on the floor, chair, or standing. It offers more of a challenge than Mondays, though many students take both classes. $15

Thursday Strength Training, 9:30am - 10:30am, Central Time (Chicago)
This class is built for people who want to maintain strength and function as they get older. Hand weights, body weight exercises and resistance bands are used. Class is held over Zoom, and written workouts and a recording of each weekly class are included. $15
Individual and Small Group Classes
I offer private sessions, either one-on-one or in small groups. $75/hour

Payments can be made via Zelle or checks. My practice is to always talk to prospective students first to see what their needs are before coming to class, so contact me for more information if you are interested, and to get a Zoom invitation to the class.
